Dan and Patti Holman, along with their sons and an amazing staff, operate this family owned business. Many of our ingredients are sourced from local farmers, creameries, and fish out of Lake Superior. We promise our customers that we provide the freshest of ingredients, as local as we can get. The Fat Radish also serves fresh in house bakery items, a deli section for your on-the-go needs, and we also offer full service catering services for any event. We support the slow food movement, local farm to table, sustainability & so much more.
